Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has called on citizens, especially women, to provide men with the support and enabling environment they need to function effectively as fathers.
In a statement issued in Abuja today to mark the 2025 International Father’s Day, Mrs. Tinubu commended Nigerian fathers for their dedication to raising responsible and compassionate children.
She also acknowledged men who have embraced fatherhood through mentorship, guardianship, and community leadership.
The First Lady prayed for continued strength for fathers in fulfilling their responsibilities.
