The Ekiti State House of Assembly hereby notifies the general public that the House will proceed on recess with effect from Wednesday, 13th August, 2025.
This was announced in a statement by the Chairman, House Committee on Media and Public Affairs Hon. Babatunde Oke. He announced that the date of resumption will be officially communicated by the Speaker in due course.
The recess is designed to enable Honourable Members to return to their various constituencies, interact with constituents, and address local issues in line with their legislative and representative duties.
The House appreciates the continued cooperation and support of the good people of Ekiti State and reaffirms its commitment to effective lawmaking, quality representation and service delivery.
