The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has urged air travellers to check which airport agency and stakeholders are responsible for any issues before reporting such problems.

In an advisory graphic by the Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, Obiageli Orah, and posted on the Authority’s social media channels TODAY, FAAN said knowing the agencies will speed up solutions and improve service.

The Authority Stressed that passengers who identify the right agency when reporting delays, lost baggage, commercial disputes, or security concerns are more likely to receive timely responses than those who report generally.

FAAN also encouraged travellers to use official government and airline channels for complaints and inquiries to avoid delays and misinformation.
