The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced September 22 and 26 as dates for the screening of over 500 exceptional candidates below 16 years of age seeking admission into tertiary institutions for the 2025/2026.

The screening exercise scheduled to hold designated locations in Lagos, Abuja, and Owerri would be conducted by a special technical committee set up by jamb.

Registrar of JAMB, Ishaq Oloyede, made this known following resolutions reached during a virtual meeting of members of the special committee today.

Oloyede explained that the screening is to ensure that only exceptional and well-prepared underage candidates gain admission.
