Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has revealed his plans to further his education.
The “Zazu” crooner, who already holds an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from Kwara State Polytechnic, said he decided to return to school to deepen his understanding of the business side of the music industry.
According to him, acquiring more knowledge will help him better manage his career, particularly in areas like royalties and business contracts.
He said: “Even though I already have an OND from Kwara State Polytechnic, I still want to further my education so I can understand my music royalties and business deals better, especially for my record label, Zeh Nation.”
Portable added that his goal is to ensure his music empire is properly managed and that he becomes more self-reliant in handling his business affairs.
