President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has commended Governor Biodun Oyebanji for his outstanding leadership in agriculture, infrastructure, security, and economic growth, declaring him a model of what it means to “match policy with action.”
The President, speaking after a review session with the Governor at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, lauded Oyebanji’s Vision of Shared Prosperity, describing it as a perfect reflection of the All Progressives Congress (APC) spirit and the Renewed Hope Agenda.
President Tinubu in a post on X stated that Governor Oyebanji’s clear vision, prudent management, and people-focused leadership have continued to inspire confidence, not only in Ekiti but across the nation promising that his administration will continue to work closely with states that deliver results
Responding Governor Oyebanji described the meeting as “fruitful and reassuring,” noting that discussions focused on accelerating Ekiti’s socio-economic transformation and deepening the state’s contribution to nation building.
It will be recalled that Ekiti State was the first in the federation to openly endorse President Tinubu for a second term, a decision Governor Oyebanji has consistently defended as rooted in the President’s performance and commitment to national development.
