President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated Vice President Kashim Shettima and other eminent Nigerians on their conferment as Fellows of the Nigerian Economic Society (NES), describing the honour as a well-deserved recognition of their immense contributions to the nation’s economic thought, policy, and development.
In a statement issued today by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Mr. Bayo Onanuga, the President said the conferment, which will take place tomorrow (Monday), September 8, is a tribute to the honourees’ dedication to national service and intellectual excellence.
The President paid glowing tribute to Vice President Shettima, lauding his role in driving the government’s reforms under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
